in proximity of eternity
The human condition is one of pondering the human condition. Across time and culture humans have always wondered who we are and where we are going. We have dedicated lifetimes to both looking up and looking inward, gazing at the stars and delving into the darkness of soul. In proximity of eternity walks the shoreline of interior and exterior processes. Wether answers are to be found in the human thread of emotion, the spiraling passage of time, or a moment of clarity of looking up and out. In proximity of eternity asks the viewer to reach upward and inward, into self and space. Our best intentions are a balance of absorption and reflection, of stone and air. Who are we and where are we going? It may be dark on the ground but one day we will reach the light.
