INDIVISIBLE, shot prior to the initial COVID lockdown and death of George Floyd was saved and then later released during the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020, when timing seemed more appropriate. The images were soon on the front page of reddit and gained over 40 thousand likes in a matter of hours. The images have been considered controversial in relation to both the flag itself, as well as the photographer. The spark of commentary adds depth to an already powerful set of images.
